Excellent customer service. Chris goes through the process of explaining the issue and how to resolve it, as well as being clear and upfront about the cost of different options. He also was committed to the timeframes we agreed on; no delays or no-shows. Simply quality work that’s worth the money.
The accounts team is also fantastic. I made a mistake of overpaying and it could have gone unnoticed from my end but I received a notification from Southern Pluming informing me that I have overpaid, and the extra amount was refunded within a couple of days.
