This bathroom costing tool is to give you an estimated cost for a standard white and chrome bathroom. It applies on about 80% of bathrooms. It is for a three fixture bathroom – toilet, shower and vanity.

You decide whether your walls are fine or need replacement. If so, you can put details in the re-pipe and rewire section. We assume the fixtures are staying in the same location. Shifting them is more expensive and will require a visit to determine if pipes can shift.

This pricing tool assumes access to the property is normal and not up long paths. There is access under the floor. The work can be done during normal hours.
