Bathroom Upgrade
We have upgraded and renovated hundreds of bathrooms over the last 29 years. We know how to keep costs down but give a long lasting style.
The most common upgrade is to replace the fittings.
- The fittings stay in the same position but are replaced with new. If a vanity exists it could be replaced with a new pedestall basin. Taps can be replaced with the new lever action basin taps. Some brands of taps can operate on low pressure with out having to upgrade the hot water system.
- The shower can be replaced with a new acrylic shower tray complete with acrylic one piece liner and pivot door.
- The toilet can be upgraded to a china close couples suite for a similar price to a plastic cistern type you may have had before.
- No Building Consent is required. If fittings are added a Building Consent is required. E.g. you add a bath where the was not one before. We can shift fittings with out a Building Consent.
- We can replace the floor coverings, plaster and paint the walls, install 3 in 1 heat light and fan units, remove those horrible old toilet pan outlet connections, minimize that exposed pipe work, and improve shower pressure.
