Trends in kitchen design

There is a noticeable trend towards drawers instead of cupboards below the bench to facilitate easier access to storage. The drawers are all soft close drawers usually. Cupboard doors are also soft close. Dishwashers usually go next to the sink in order to use the sinks plumbing. Much higher numbers of hot points are installed above benches for appliances. Often cook tops are gas with a 9kG LPG bottle outside or glass top induction cook tops. LED lighting is now common place and cheaper to run.
