Looking for Leaks – The customer is always right.

Sometimes we are asked to locate a leak or to look at a leak. There are lots of different types of leaks eg roof leaks, wall leaks, leaks from plumbing fixtures, water pipe leaks.

The water pipe leaks either from drains under ground or water supply often come out of the ground at some point thats how they are noticed. Customers often ask us to dig up that spot and find it rather than replace the pipe.  The water coming out of the ground is often not where the leak is as the water travels great distances and comes out where it wants.

We will dig where people want because the customer is always right but we will advise against that as our experience tells us there is a process for finding them which is a lot cheaper in the long run.

Talk to an experienced plumber one with  few grey hairs so to speak.  They can save you a lot of money. They know the most efficient means of  fixing the problem.  “If you hire a dog don’t bark yourself”

• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, or more as needed
• 1 cup chopped fresh asparagus

• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 4 slices deli ham
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter, divided
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup uncooked white rice
• 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and celery, drained
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Its Nice to get a Pat on the Back

We undertook a customer survey of 500 customers recently and the feed back from those who responded gave us some good news. 85 % said they would use us again and recommend us to others. 85% said they rated the work as good or excellent.

Some of the comments left were mind blowing. “Wellington needs you” , “Great work on numerous occasions” “Always polite and prompt”

A few customers gave us a rev up in a few areas. eg you dont like trades people receiving calls on jobs, some wished we could be cheaper. One customer did say they used a cheaper plumber but they have gone bust 4 times so we wont try competing with them. Most loved the fast service but wished we could also be the cheapest.

One customer said that if he owned the business he would give himself  a new kitchen and bathroom. Actually my wife wants the new kitchen but she will have to wait until better times. But if you want to see a new kitchen we installed in an apartment here in the city here is a picture of it. We did every thing from tiles, electrical, plumbing, installed the cupboards, purchased the microwave and fridge and glass cook top and left a bottle of wine in the fridge.  This is a simple one we can do kitchens more complicated for homes.
