We are not hiring until January 2011.
We are often looking for experienced Plumbers or Gasfitters. The work we do is servicing. Ie we do not work on building sites to any degree.
Most Plumbers or gasfitters start work at 8am and finish at 4.30pm. Some over time is offered. A call out roster is available and is paid very well.
A Vehicle is available after a settling in period. You would be attached to another experienced trades person for familiarize your self with the firm and the area. Cell Phones are usually provided also. We may be hiring so call us or email us with a cv.
Pay rates
They range between $12 to $35. Pay is determined on experience, qualifications, profitability, ability to train others, and ability to bring work into the firm. The same as every where else.
The firm does servicing work as opposed to contracting work. Ie you will be in front of customers as opposed to working on Building sites. Therefore presentation, and communication, verbal and written are major factors in hiring in this firm.
Relocation
We will help with relocation depending on the situation.
Types of Employment
Branch set up
We will also set up plumbers in their own area for those who want autonomy. We will do the accounts and get the work, you simply have to undertake the work.
Local Team
If you are happier working with others in a team we can accomodate this also.
Straight Employee
If there are people who want to cease being self employed or transfur from another firm. Perhaps you may want to look at some of the other options later.
Contract
You want to contract to us while still being selfe employed.
Training
Our firm provides lots of training. Our method of billing is unit charging. Our guarantee in “Your Job on time or its Free”. We give training in how to achieve this.
Apprenticeship
We enter in to a formal contract for a set period of time and we train you from the begining.
