Kitchen Renovation To Do List

Always get your plumber involved before getting the kitchen installer on the job. They are not plumbers and sometimes want to install a kitchen first and worry about the plumbing later only to find its really expensive to do that or in some cases difficult to impossible with out removing what has just been done.

We can also advise on how to undertake the work and avoid expensive Building consents using the exemptions.
1. Call Plumber, and flooring supplier and arrange a visit. If requiring new hot points that require walls opening up we will included plasterer and painter in our price.
2. Measure up new layout.
3. Order cabinets.
4. Remove existing and reset plumbing, electrical and gas piping to new positions.
5. Fit cabinets.
6. Fit taps, waste and electric hot points, fit dishwasher and cooker.

7. Call flooring supplier to install flooring.
